These are my favorite form of sword foam, made of cross‑linked polyethylene (XLPE) foam. It is 24 inches in length, and has an outer diameter 2.5in and an inner diameter (bore) of 0.5 an inch. At ~2oz they’re both a competitive weight and offer longevity so you’re replacing foam less often. Perfectly compatible with the 32” inch core!
